BIG BOOST FOR 2010 RM-Z450


2010 suzuki motocross line-up has been further strengthened with the news that the RM-Z450 flagship model has undergone a thorough revision for the new year. Boast not only increase engine performance, but changes to the chassis that offers laser accurate steering and confidence-inspiring stability at high speed.

With a revised cam profile and re-port cylinder head, the new RM-Z450 offers improved performance in the rev-range, giving the arm-stretching power from idle to redline. On top of changes to the cams and the cylinder, the new 450 has a camchain improved tensioner, providing a more consistent performance, and new throttle connections to make low-speed response is more progressive.



With the significant changes are also chassis, 2010 brought two pieces of crucial headstock designs 9mm higher than the previous model. This is combined with a wider frame of the rear and a wider framework of the bridge, providing increased rigidity while the thickness of the walls have been strategically designed to save weight, too.
